University of Louisville’s Dr. Robert Felner, candidate for provost and vice president for academic affairs, will make a public presentation at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow, April 23, in Shaw Theatre. The 10 winners of the 2007-08 semiannual Make A Difference awards are now eligible to win one of four annual awards, each with a $1,000 prize.
